1. This main cabin booking gives you the luxury of booking your airfare today without the risk.

(With an individual air booking, it becomes non-refundable when purchased).

3. Group Air also allows you to fly with others who are going on the tour.

4. Group Air has all the same amenities of air booked individually.

Group Air is based on a minimum of 10 guests signed up for Group Air. If we fall below the 10 minimum, then we will help you book individual air at the current prevailing rate. 

Group Air is NOT Economy Basic

You may deviate one way or the other and still remain on group air.  However you must fly at least 1 segment with the group. This means if you want to fly out early but fly back w/ the group, we can do that. Or if you want to fly out w/ the group and return at a later date, we can also do that.  

If you want to fly at completely different times than the group, you will need individual air.

Feeder space is airline terminology for a connecting flight from your local airport to the main flight. 

The most important thing about feeder space is that it is CONNECTED and therefore considered part of the same booking which is protected by the airline. If your originating flight is delayed, United will get you on another flight with no additional flight cost to you. 

When you book your group air, please indicate if you will need feeder space and from what airport. We will then request the feeder reservation and notify you of the add-on cost from your airport.
