Wonderful mystery trip to Cincinnati! Enjoyed seeing Rookwood pottery made. Very educational. The Reds Museum was a home run! Really nice museum that brought back lots of memories. The Firehouse museum was really interesting. Learned all about fire departments! Skyline Chili- a taste of Cincy! We ended our day at a botanical garden AFTER we had delicious Grater's ice cream on Fountain Square. Our bus was comfy, the driver was excellent. Lynne was our happy hostess. She's a keeper. As usual, Prime Tours knocked it our if the ball park!

Honestly, one of the best trips of my life. DC was amazing, the weather was beautiful, and the kids were a joy to be with. Prime Tours made it possible. Since our school is relatively new with this (2nd year), we didn't have much experience with the planning, so it did seem a bit confusing at times, so I had to ask a lot of questions of Erika, our contact at Prime Tours. Steve Stevens was a fun and knowledgeable tour guide who genuinely did everything in his capacity to make our experience great. Tom, our Bus Driver, was professional and courteous, and everyone appreciated his expert driving AND amazing parallel parking ability!! Constructive feedback - Prime Tours had our Tour Guide meet us at the bus driver exchange about 2 hours north. It would have been much better if he had been at our departure location so that we knew what was going on. Also, the tour guide should have had more advanced notice of our tour group so that he could reach out to me as the leader well in advance and answer any questions. Also, the lunch place that was planned was closed on Sunday. This should have been known in advance. Realizing issues like this come up, Steve should have had the latitude to select another venue without having to gain approval for the extra spend. Luckily, it eventually worked out, and Tom, the busdriver knew of a great pizza place that accommodated us on short notice. The ingenuity of both Steve and Tom was very much appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience and thank you very much!!

Had a great time did many things

My daughter had a fantastic time and she said Kevin (the driver) was the goat! Would 100 percent recommend!

We had a lovely time. We accomplished a lot in the time we had. Ellen’s diner was great, Bubba Gumps and the Pizza were okay. The show on broadway was wonderful (Aladdin). Do wish we had a smidge more time to visit places around the square but completely understand the time constraints tied to the driver.
