Prime Tours

We had a great time on the NYC trip December 16-19. The accommodations were in a perfect location mid town and the excursions were fun and well timed. The people participating were a friendly group and the tour guide and drivers were professional but also very approachable and personable. We will definitely recommend to others and look at going on another trip in the future. 

My child had a great time, but was on information overload. He would have enjoyed a little extra down time or additional time for shopping. He also would have enjoyed some of the other museums besides the ones that were chosen. He said the food options were good choices, but he disliked the Mexican restaurant. He felt like the guides were informative and enjoyable!

Very organized for lots of kids! Wonderful and informative tour guides who connected with the kids as they gave them heartfelt information at memorials. 

It was an interesting trip.  It was our first bus trip,  except we didn't get the bus.  Everything was wonderful to see. I can see doing more trips like this in our future. 

2025 Brandy's Frankenmuth Christmas

We had such a great experience and enjoyed the activities and tour guides. Brandy is such a sweet person and Lisa was wonderful.

This was a 3 day trip with 40 like-minded Ohioans ready to start the Christmas season totally immersed in holiday spirit. I've been to Frankenmuth, Michigan in the past, but I never would have done the metal forging experience (we made Christmas ornaments) or the woolen dryer ball class (we made actual dryer balls) without being on the tour!
Brandy is the moderator of the Ohio Road Trips FB group and is a great supporter of all things Ohio; she also loves to experience travel inside and outside of Ohio. She and our tour guide, Lisa, kept us well informed of what to expect, times to be back on the bus, and generally were the cheerleaders for our experiences.  We loved not having to drive or navigate.
We will definitely be back for more travel experiences.

I had a wonderful time!  Brandy and Lisa were so helpful!  This was my first trip so I wasn't sure what to expect.  I was a solo traveler on this trip and that wasn't an issue.  Everyone was welcoming and I didn't feel like an outsider being on the trip by myself.  I was amazed at how organized the trip was.  That had to take a lot work.  If another trip comes up I am interested in I will not hesitate about going by myself.

Even with the government shut down, our tour guide (Mac) and Prime Tours did a great job giving us a tour of our Nation's Capital.  It was so valuable to have Mac on our bus for the duration of the trip to give background knowledge and help the students understand what we were seeing and why.

The trip was well organized and a lot of fun.  The hotel breakfasts were amazing, beautiful hotels and wonderful experiences.   Having a Scottish guide was a wonderful addition as well.

What a remarkable experience! Scotland is everything I hoped it would be and more. The people are gracious and welcoming. The cities are quaint and clean. The scenery is spectacular! 
The trip was made even better because I traveled with PRIME TOURS! They think of everything and care for every detail. When I first traveled with PRIME TOURS, I chose them based on reputation. The reputation remains, but now I travel with them because I call them FRIENDS!

We had a great time exploring castles and the sites of Scotland. The accommodations were nice and daily breakfast was a plus. The local tour guide added great details on the history of Scotland.

The trip was a success despite the current government shutdown.  The 57 7th & 8th graders and 5 teacher chaperones were able to see the wonderful and historical sites of Washington, DC and I owe so much thanks and gratitude to Kevin and his entire staff in making sure we had a full itinerary while at the same time hitting many of the sites that have left a lasting impression on the students at St. Charles School.

The Scotland trip was excellent. Very organized throughout. Accommodations were perfect with regards to location, cleanliness, and service.  The trip organizer kept us well informed and in the right place at the right time. All of the guides used were informative and entertaining. Overall I had a great time and would recommend Prime Tours for future travel.

My child had a great time on his Washington D.C. trip.  Everything was thoughtfully planned out and executed well.

Great fun with a lovely, lively group - enjoyed every minute.. Seeing Macbeth was amazing and touring Galloway Distillery was fantastic. So many special details like being entertained by Gillebride and special tour of Holyrood, the Kelpies

2025 OutlanderBTS - Outlander Meets Shakespeare

Amazing trip.  The tours and tour guides were outstanding.  The hotel accommodations were very nice.  I had a wonderful time in Scotland & England.

I had a great time. A couple of the hotel rooms were a bit of a walk to get to but very nice when I got there. The food was excellent at each of the meals included.

The trip was well coordinated. Our local Scottish tour guide provided Scottish history, Outlander anecdotes, local commentary through the Scottish countryside, and a sassy sense of humor. The highlight was going to the Galloway Distillery in Dumfries and the Royal Shakespeare Company production of "Macbeth" at The Other Place. Enjoyed every minute of this trip.

We had a wonderful experience. Plenty of time to explore Edinburgh & take in High Tea, shopping & good pubs.
The trip to Robert Burns Church & Cemetery was a great surprise. Greeting by lovely people, serving tea & shortbread, a historic cemetery walk and an inspiring organ recital & a well preserved church was an over the top experience. Then the Galloway Distillery tour and tasting, a delight. Lunching at the RSC over looking the Avon River, Yum! There was a lot more to enjoy in Stratford Upon Avon that I had not realized. Such an Education.  This is the first Outlander tour of many that ended in London. Perfect for us to take in the sites, includeing a play on the West End.  The tour was magical   Thank you.

Enjoyed this wonderfully curated tour for Outlander fans. The people, food and accommodations were great. The local guides were great and appreciated the surprises that Prime Tours provided. I will definitely travel with them again. 

This was my second tour with Prime Tours and it was just as great as the first!  Lisa Busch is everything that any traveler could want in a tour guide - knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and, most of all, fun!  The accommodations were wonderful, the food great and the company exceptional.

This trip was delightful in all aspects. It was well attended by devoted Outlander fans. It was well organized with Lisa and Courtney having made meticulous plans so attendees could make the most of a week in Scotland and SUA. The sites visited were fun, interesting and reflected the theme of “Outlander Meets Shakespeare.” Attendees were cheerful and generous. Tour guides were excellent, knowledgeable and entertaining. Our drivers were incredible! I never once not feel safe in their capable hands. Accommodations ranged from very good to excellent. The included meals were several and all delicious. Lisa was a patient, well prepared and thorough host. Thank you, Lisa! And, thank you, Courtney. Clearly, you both work long and hard on all the preparations and planning. We were the lucky recipients! 

Thank you Lisa and Prime Tours for providing and organizing an epic tour. You went above and beyond making sure we were all safe and able to have the absolute best experience. I highly recommend Prime Tours and hopefully I will be able to go on another amazing tour with them. 

My daughter had a wonderful time on her trip. She and her classmates were able to see many wonderful places and lots of great monuments. I’m very pleased and can’t wait for my youngest daughter to be able to share the same experiences.

The trip was excellent!  Wonderful varied itinerary! Hotels worked out great! Best breakfast buffet ever!

Really enjoyed the trip,but do wish it was for 5 days.
Needed more time to see Gettysburg.
Also,previous trip for flight 93 drove down to wall of people's names.We were going to walk it,but too far.

What a fantastic experience all around! From start to finish I was astounded at every turn. Not only were the accommodations top notch, the itinerary and lengths that people went to to make our visit special was impressive. The food, wine, atmosphere was great. Our guides went out of their way to educate and spot many animals and allowed us to linger while we watched them in their surroundings. From a surprise sunset cruise (champagne included) to watching elephants grazing around on our final dinner, WOW. I recommend this trip to all. I will never forget it. 2025 African Safari Cruise

We had a great time. Wonderful group of people. Lisa Busch was amazing & our tour was perfectly organized. We plan on booking a future trip with them.  

On day one of this trip it had already exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t imagine what the following days would bring but each day was a new and exciting experience and every detail was well planned and executed. There were never any uncertainties or concerns during the entire trip and I would not hesitate to recommend this trip to anyone. Our accomadations and meals did not disappoint and even though we were never hungry, we looked forward to our next delicious meal with the new friends we met. The Africa trip checked all the boxes with amazing scenery, incredible wildlife experiences, meeting the gracious and welcoming local people and learning about culture and history will never be forgotten. The trip ended with a trip to Victoria Falls with all of its mighty grandeur. A fitting finale to a remarkable trip!

This trip was fantastic! We had outstanding food and the most wonderful accommodations that one could ever hope for! The various staff members and guides were kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. The safaris, whether by water or land, allowed us to see more animals than we could ever hope for! Prime Tours knocked this one out of the ballpark! Thank you so much!

We travel extensively in this was my favorite trip of a lifetime. The life amongst the animals was amazing. The events were so well planned. We just relaxed and enjoyed the entire trip. I would repeat going on a trip with Prime Tours. 

Had a great time and excited to finally learn that we will be in New York.  Buffalo is a great city with lots of arts and history.  I learn so much and told my friends about what is in Buffalo.  So glad that I signed up for this trip and will consider going on the next one.  

2025 Lisa's 3-Day Mystery

New experience for me   Had never been  to this area and greatly enjoyed it.   Nice accommodations/good food/interesting places we visited   Just enough down time.   Conscientious/safe bus driver.   Loved it all.  Looking forward to next trip.

I had a great time and met a lot of people.  The mystery trip was a mystery until the end.  I would have preferred to know where we were going when we boarded the bus.  It gives you the opportunity to wear proper shoes and clothing.

The accomodations were very nice. The breakfasts were very good.  I liked the train station for lunch.  The food and the atmosphere were very nice.  The rest of the food not so much.  Thursday I had breakfast at the hotel and a 1/2 sub at Subway.

I liked the museums and the exhibits as well as the workshop to make a book.  A lot of history in the two cities we visited.  I wish we would have had more time to visit some of the mansions and more of the museums.  So glad I was able to visit Buffalo and East Aurora.  My first time there.





We had a wonderful trip and so much fun!  Every detail had been taken care of for us and it was always just perfect. So enjoyable!

We had a great time touring historic buildings, visiting museums, taking a boat ride on the Buffalo River and Lake Erie.  We had time for shopping in Aurora at the five and dime store and Fowler’s candy store for sponge candy. Met lots of new people and enjoyed the tour. The motor coach driver was so nice and helpful and the ride was so comfy and smooth!  

It was quite a mystery which was really fun anticipation.  Accommodations comfortable, scheduled events well timed and loved the history slant and variety.  Great visit to Brewerie, Roycroft and Wilcox Home as history comes alive. Nice group of travelers.  I’m ready for another Mystery trip!

2025 Kentucky Bourbon and Caves

It was a fine trip. Definitely not what I expected for a tour and planned trip. The tour guild didn’t guide much or seem super knowledgeable. Seemed more unorganized than expected

I had a great time, the trip was well organized. The accommodations were very comfortable. Were able to see and do lots of activities on the trip also met-some wonderful people.. Bourbon and caves was an excellent trip. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed every moment- busy all the time with so many fun, interesting and knowledgeable activities.
