Prime Tours

We had a great time on the NYC trip December 16-19. The accommodations were in a perfect location mid town and the excursions were fun and well timed. The people participating were a friendly group and the tour guide and drivers were professional but also very approachable and personable. We will definitely recommend to others and look at going on another trip in the future. 

We had a lot of fun. Our tour was meticulously put together which made things really easy. It was an absolute whirlwind. Wish we could have lingered at a couple places a little longer, but I would highly recommend this trip with Prime Tours to anyone who asked. 

2026 Delaware Christian DC

I went along as a chaperone on my daughter’s eighth grade DC trip. It was a great experience! Mack was a wonderful guide. Knowledgeable, kind, and connected so well with the kids. He was excellent at what he does! Natasha was a wonderful bus driver. The trip was safe and well planned!

Every day had a highlight on this theme-focused tour. The first highlight was the Tartan Day Parade led by Sam Heughan along Sixth Avenue, which included bagpipe bands, Highland dancers, dogs and Scottish societies. After-parade party at Sony Hall was packed with revelry. The second highlight was the tour of Manhattan from Hamilton Grange in Washington Heights to Hamilton's grave at Trinity Church in the Financial District. Lunch at Fraunces Tavern was delicious and in the spirit of the 1780s. The third highlight was being the audience for the OutlanderBTS Lassies' review of Episode 806 in our hotel conference room.  Everyone had ample opportunities to fill the free time in the schedule with New York's many offerings.  Farewell dinner was spirited and restaurant had great atmosphere. So glad I scrambled to go on this tour to reconnect with friends and meet new people. 



2026 OutlanderBTS NYC Tartan Parade Tour

Had a wonderful time marching in the Tartan Day Parade...Lisa, once again, curated a fabulous adventure.

It was a great time, reuniting with travel friends from past Outlander Prime tours and making new friends. Courtney and Lisa created a four-day adventure that included an opportunity to march in the NYC Tartan Day Parade and attend a reception afterwards with Outlander star, Sam Heughan. There were also planned sightseeing activities on Sunday. Always look forward to travelling with these team partners.

We had a wonderful experience. The Tartan Day Parade, the After Party, Tour to historic locations, dinners, comfortable accommodations all perfect.  Theaters, restaurants, Sony near by. We couldn't have been happier.

My mom and I had an amazing time. The Irish guides were knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. Good balance of planned activities and free time.  Do not recommend the Epic Musueum in Dublin. The only constructive criticism: did not like The Dean Hotel.  Our room faced the train track and it was loud and difficult to sleep. One of the nights, workers were pounding on the track at 2 am. For the money we paid and advertised as a 4 star hotel, this was disappointing and decreased the enjoyment of the last couple days due to lack of sleep.  Would book another tour with Prime Tours. 

2026 OSU Marching Band Family & Friends Ireland

Excellent overall experience. We were able to see so much and it was very well organized and planned. Out Prime Tours folks (and out tour guides) were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you for the amazing trip!

We enjoyed meeting people, the band performances and not having to stress about travel plans or itinerary.  We are specially thankful for the assist with our missed flight to Dublin and setting up the car service.

Ireland 2026 - I have trouble finding the words to really describe our trip.   It was a trip of a lifetime that I will never forget nor be able to duplicate since the band isn’t going back to Ireland any time soon.   But everything was interesting and informative and incredible - so many unforgettable memories.   Thank you so much.

Was well planned and organized.  Hotels were nice and had good perks like a bar.  Would recommend Prime Tours.

I really enjoyed the trip. What a great band OSU has and Irish people were so impressed. I was concerned about not knowing anyone on the trip as I was  a “Friend”. However, I made some friends. I met the assistant drum major’s parents on the elevator one day. And I got to meet their son on the day of the last concert. I grew up in his hometown. It made my trip! All sites were wonderful especially Belfast woolen Mill. I think I liked Kilkenny the best and also the sheep herding. Overall - wonderful.

We had a fantastic time on the trip and loved having the ability to interact as much as possible with the band. The one disappointment would be in the lack of communication regarding the Dublin airport on the day of drop off. It would've been nice to have been told that there were very limited food options once you passed through US Customs and that if you wanted to eat at one of the many options in the main food court, you needed to eat prior to passing through customs.  Other than that, it was a great trip.

Absolutely amazing! Knowing they had everything planned and we didn’t have to worry about anything was perfect. This was our first trip out of the states. We were nervous but are now ready to start traveling! Looking forward to possible future trips with Prime Tours!

We recently had the pleasure of traveling with the Ohio State University Marching Band Family and Friends Tour to Ireland in March 2026. The entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the moment we inquired about the trip, their team was responsive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure every detail was taken care of.

The tour itself was exceptional. Our driver/guide was engaging, professional, and clearly passionate about the area, sharing stories and insights that truly brought each stop to life. The itinerary offered a perfect mix of planned activities and free time, giving us the chance to explore while still feeling organized and at ease. One of the highlights was connecting with other band parents—this experience brought us closer together and made the trip even more meaningful and fun.

2026 OSU Band Family & Friends Ireland Group Air

Being on the Prime Tours Band Family & Friends Ireland tour made traveling overseas and seeing the sights so easy and relaxing. The guides were great to get along with and the bus driver/guides made the trip fun, entertaining and informative. I really appreciated not having to drive on the left hand side of the road. Tickets to events were always at the ready. I loved have grand stand seating for the St. Patrick's Day parade. We had so much fun following the band around and seeing all their performances. The food and lodging worked out great. I loved having four nights in one hotel. The amount of free time worked just fine and I was glad to spend some of it with my band member. Thanks for a great trip!

Fabulous experience. I can't imagine the work that went into this. I appreciate all of you at prime tours for taking such great care of us. I hope to book more in the future.

The tour provided us the broadest overview of Ireland possible in the 7 days we were there. Our driver (Branden) and guide (Eunan) were awesome and provided professional service and great insights into the history of Ireland and more.  The Prime Tour staff were always there to support, assist, and ensure everyone was taken care of. The package was well priced for all that was included and aside from the noise issues (train depot) at The Dean Hotel, the trip was a big success.  

Wow!  We had an amazing time traveling to Ireland with The Ohio State University Marching Band.  Everything was so well planned and the staff was always available to answer any questions I had.  Thank you Prime Tours!!  Matt and Amanda

The Ashling Hotel had dinner issues and the showers were not good at all, temperature issues and the tubs created slippery conditions.

Trip of a lifetime.  Beautiful memories that our family will have forever.  Kevin and Mac specifically were friendly, patient, and helpful.  The Irish bus guides and drivers were world class specifically for us Antony.  I witnessed my son, Michael,  leave his bus on the last day before joining us at the Cliffs of Moher stop and hug his female Irish bus guide like she was a longtime friend.  The Irish guides were authentic, funny, wise, energetic, hard working, incredible drivers.  The itinerary was incredible.  Seeing so many of the interesting spots combined with access to TBDBITL.  All the leaders fully understood the audience making sure we were comfortable and prepared to maximize each day.  They also were wise to allow the Irish guides take control at times and adjust the schedule when necessary to maximize each day.  In the few minor issues that I witnessed, the leaders handled it with positivity, patience and grace.  Somehow they conjured the best weather possible for the entire week.  Makes me wonder if Prime Tours negotiated with the rain fairies in advance!  We will travel again with Prime Tours. Our family is so incredibly appreciative of your hard work.  Thank You.  

We just did the 8 day tour of Ireland with Prime Tours.  We had an AMAZING experience.  Kevin and Lori were just lovely, very passionate about making sure eveyone was having the absolute best time.  We will travel with Prime again!!

This was a First Class , well organized trip. I thoroughly enjoyed it even if I did not have a child in the band. Of the hotels I liked the Sheraton the best. It was super to see the positive reactions to the OSU band from the locals. I definitely enjoyed shopping in Kilkenney. I will keep your agency in mind for a future trip.

We really enjoyed our trip to Ireland. The best part was not having to worry and just enjoy the time we had. A lot of great places picked for us to see. The staff were great and really helpful. Really enjoyed meeting Jeff from Prime Tours as he was so friendly and helpful.

2026 Aloha Adventure: Hawaiian Horizons Tour & Cruise

We had a wonderful time! The trip was well organized with all details taken care of. The resort stay in Honolulu was exceptional. All tour guides were  knowledgeable and engaging. Kevin did a great job of keeping us informed but also very in the background. The ship was great. We had a balcony room and enjoyed the views. Food, drinks, and constant entertainment was good. We had perfect weather everyday, The beauty of Hawaii is almost indescribable. We will always treasure this great adventure which completes our goal of visiting all 50 states. What a way to end!

We had a great time and a beautiful location.

What an amazing adventure and a wonderful way to get in the Christmas spirit! The trip was extremely well organized! Prime Tours thinks of everything! The Christmas markets are BEAUTIFUL! And the history all around you is breathtaking! I can't wait for the next Christmas Market Tour! Thank you to everyone at Prime Tours for making this one of my best adventures!

It was a fun trip. Hotels we stayed at were nice.  The Biltmore was fantastic!!! We loved our bus driver Henry! 

2025 Christmas in the Smokies

It was great but wished we could have spent more time at the Biltmore and less at Gatlinburg and then gone directly to the Biltmore instead of going to the hotel. That way we could have spent more time at the Biltmore.  

I had an excellent experience in Germany, exploring the Christmas markets and Rhine river cruise, fantastic itinerary that was well organized, and professionally done with lots of great activities. The entire Prime Tours team was very friendly and knowledgeable. making the entire experience lots of fun and easy. I would definitely recommend them for a fantastic travel experience.

We had a wonderful time. The cruise was relaxing, food was good. Tour guides were informative. Staff was great. Excellent time!

2025 Bavarian Christmas Markets and Rhine River Cruise

The Dolly Stampede was excellent with the horses, camels, etc.  At Christmas time it is great to see the Christmas Story as Jesus's birth.  The food was very good.  The next night was pretty much a repeat of food.  I did not appreciate Santa being the reason for Christmas.  The Titanic was very interesting and sad, but you need to see the whole story.  The Christmas lights were wonderful.   
The Biltmore Dinner was fantastic!  I would have enjoyed the Biltmore Mansion better if I hadn't gotten left behind when I stopped to use the restroom along with several others.  I came out and not one person was there for Bus one.  My husband waited at the bottom of the elevator and we did the walk through together.  Since we weren't with the others, we went out the back door (that was a no no) and walked around to the front in the rain.  On other Prime trips, the one in charge calls off names to assure all are present!   I hope this helps with other trips!  Elaine Calahan

Parts of the trip were amazing.  My issue was with the step on guide, he was very knowledgeable but I had thought we were going to see Holiday Lights. . . . .  We learned more about what Gatlinburg had to offer than seeing any lights.
At the Biltmore - we arrived only to "shop" at one of 2 small stores or eat at one shop.  We were at the Biltmore to see the mansion and to eat dinner.  Another 1 to 2 hours we were out in the cold when it started to sleet.  The shops were not big enough for 50 to 60 people to stand around inside. . . . .
I really wanted to see Tamarac, part of the ride home, because of predicted weather it was deleted from the trip.  When in fact the weather would not have affected the travel home - the weather did not develop for over 24 hours later. . . . .

I had a great time.  Loved the shows and the hotels were very nice.  Just wish we could have spent more time at the Biltmore.  An hour and a half is not enough time to see everything 

We had a great time on this trip!  This group traveled well together and had a lot of fun.  From the Christmas markets to the Alps, we enjoyed all the excursions!  

Had a great time, it was well organized with outstanding accommodations good food lots of interesting activities. I was able to meet some friendly new people also the Prime Tours staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, they were able to answer my questions and take care of any needs I had. I would highly recommend Prime Tours.

We had a great time on the Christmas market tours.  It exceeded our expectation.  Kevin & Laurie were wonderful tour guides.  Very personal.  We would go with them again.  

My child had a great time, but was on information overload. He would have enjoyed a little extra down time or additional time for shopping. He also would have enjoyed some of the other museums besides the ones that were chosen. He said the food options were good choices, but he disliked the Mexican restaurant. He felt like the guides were informative and enjoyable!

Very organized for lots of kids! Wonderful and informative tour guides who connected with the kids as they gave them heartfelt information at memorials. 

It was an interesting trip.  It was our first bus trip,  except we didn't get the bus.  Everything was wonderful to see. I can see doing more trips like this in our future.
